During Introductions and Hot Topics, meeting attendees are invited to introduce themselves, where they work, and identify a current professional challenge (hot topics) where they are seeking assistance from fellow HR colleagues. Guests and members who are independent service providers are asked not to solicit business leads or sell their business, aside from communicating the organzation and it's mission. There is time set aside for additional networking at the close of the featured speaker presentation for follow up.
